There’s nothing like the changing seasons and the start of a new chapter in life with the pending arrival of your first baby.
As a CT maternity photographer I love capturing this time in life for my clients, but this fall maternity session is a special one as I got to document one of my best friends’ pregnancy!
We caught the tail end of the fall foliage which added to the beauty of these moments between these first time parents.
I am so excited for the journey that is ahead for them, they will be the best parents and this “Lady P” is already the luckiest baby for she has these two as her parents.
And I’m so happy/excited/lucky that I’ll have a new baby to snuggle soon!

There ya have it. How special are these photos to look back and see how much love and excitement surrounded this baby? As my ten year journey with photography keeps unfolding I’m sometimes surprised how much I still love photographing milestones for families. Each one is different and I feel so honored to be the one to document these special times in life.
