For the last three years I have had the pleasure of photographing this sweet family. Their little boy is a ray of light. His smile is infectious, seriously I left the session with the biggest smile on my face and a full heart. This type of annual family photo session fills up my cup. With so much love and laughter it was easy to photograph this family.
The little man loves the camera, cooperating fully with anything I asked him to do, giving me the BEST expressions and generally just loving life (and his parents!). He was happy running, jumping, hugging, kissing, and getting shoulder rides. Anything went!! I just love that.
Fall in Connecticut is a beautiful time for family photos, the leaves that were left on the tree on this mid-November day were just enough to provide an autumnal feel to the photos. Lucky for us the weather was still pretty warm so being cold wasn’t an issue either. Never know in November!!
Annual family photos is a great way of capturing a growing family. Whether it be one child or the expansion of multiple children to the family. I personally love seeing kids grow year after year and it establishes a connection with the child(ten) when I see them again the following year. You’d be surprised how many of them remember me year after year.
This was such a playful and joyful family photo session it was easy to photograph. Grateful for another session with this fun family and I look forward to our next session.
